TIME: 12:00 P.M. (PUTTING CONTEST), 1:00 P.M. (SHOTGUN START)

FORMAT: Four-person Scramble. A handicap system will be utilized to adjust each team’s gross score to a net score.

COST: $110.00 per person! Fee includes: green fee, golf cart, range balls, putting contest, mulligans, lunch, dinner and prizes. Prizes will be awarded for LONGEST DRIVE, CLOSEST TO THE PIN, PUTTING CONTEST, and WINNING TEAMS.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Fort Worth Chapters of The American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute would like to extend an invitation to you and/or your company to be a sponsor of the 11th Annual Golf Tournament. This tournament is an excellent way to increase visibility, networking, and camaraderie among architects/specifiers and manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and consultants.

CONTEST SPONSOR: $1,000.00 Your firm name will be displayed on a large sign at various locations, including LONGEST DRIVE, CLOSEST TO THE PIN, & PUTTING contests (Putting Contest to be held on the practice green). You will be furnished a table to be hosted by your company/firm. You may hold your own contests, give away hats, balls, etc. - it’s your call! This sponsorship covers One Entry Fee (includes green fee, golf cart, range balls, putting contest, mulligans, lunch, dinner and prizes) for a player of your choice.

BEVERAGE SPONSOR: $500.00 Your company/firm name will be displayed on a large sign attached to each Beverage Carts dispensing complimentary beer and soft drinks throughout the course.

HOLE SPONSOR: $250.00 Your company/firm name will be displayed on a large sign at one of the eighteen holes. Special Recognition will be given at the Awards Ceremony.

PRIZE SPONSOR: We welcome special prizes which you wish to donate as door prizes, raffles, or as recognition for exceptional play (“Most Lost Balls”, “Highest Score”, etc.). We also welcome items for all players with your logo (tees, balls, etc.). Special recognition will be given at the Awards Ceremony.
